IN STOCK WIG ORDERS: All in stock wig orders require a mandatory 3-10 business day processing time & require 1 to 10 business days for delivery depending on the shipping carrier option selected during checkout.

All custom wigs require a 10-45 business day processing time & require 1 to 10 business days for delivery depending on the shipping carrier option selected during checkout.
With sales turn over time will increase.

All custom orders require a signature upon shipments. Any shipment that exceed $200 will be sent via Restricted Delivery. Please ensure whom the package is addressed to is the person available for delivery. No signatures can be waived on a package.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, your package will be held at your local post office for pick-up for up to two weeks time before being Returned to Sender.

Your custom wig will NOT go into production until balance is paid in full any DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE.

We do not operate on weekends or holidays. Any orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, will be processed first thing the following Monday morning, unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected at checkout. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Please allow extra processing and shipping time for any orders placed during sale events.

If the parcel is delivered unsuccessfully due to an incorrect address given by the buyer, we are not responsible for any loss caused, therefore, a refund will not be issued.

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please be sure to cross-check and TRIPLE CHECK the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information needed to deliver your package (Address, Apt Number, Etc.). Your order will be shipped via USPS or UPS to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the fee USPS charges us to make the correction or to reship the product. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS!

If the parcel is delivered to the incorrect address You will need to speak to the your local parcel office. The office manager can track the package.

If the parcel is updated and shown to be delivered through the system used or the tracking number provided but was stolen we are not responsible for the loss and no refund will be issued.

If parcel is returned to the company due to customer error the customer is responsible to pay the shipping fee again PLEASE TRIPLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS AND EMAIL USED.

For your convenience please do not wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment, or other engagements; it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust UPS and USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.

All international orders will be shipped UPS ONLY.

International shipping rates are subject to change base on region.

Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

The ‘Cynthia Lumzy’ brand does not accept returns or exchanges for any of our products or wigs. Our units are handmade with love to your personal liking and cannot be resold due to sanitary concerns and personalized color choices.

Intellectual Property Ownership: Any information, know-how, data, results, and inventions, and any associated intellectual property, that is made, discovered, created, invented or generated by Cynthia Lumzy in any activities or work under this Agreement shall be owned by Cynthia Lumzy
